The Foundation

The Vinum Praemium Foundation has built monument for the Winemaker of the Winemakers – stars built in the pavement sound the names of the winners in Budapest, Zrínyi street, in front of St. Stephen’s Basilica. From now on we will see one more star year by year.

In 2009 the founder of this award has established the Vinum Praemium Foundation to ensure the legal and proper work of the award. The Foundation has the control over the Winemaker of the Winemakers Award and the Friend of the Winemakers Award as well. The Foundation’s role is to organize the technical details of the electing, voting and the decision process.
